PCB recycler, Takasho Co., goes under umbrella of JX Nippon Mining & Metals


JX Nippon Mining & Metals announced on August 3 that the company reached an agreement on acquisition of all of the shares (10,000 shares) of a PCB scrap recycler, Takasho Co., Ltd. with Takasho and its shareholders and the share acquisition was executed on the day, August 3. Thus, Takasho (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Noriko Takaku) became 100% subsidiary of JX Nippon Mining & Metals.

Takasho has been a pioneer in creating recycling system focusing on the reuse and recycling of industrial wastes since its foundation in 1974. The share acquisition will serve to further expand JX Group’s network in Japan for collecting recyclable materials and industrial wastes.
